Dunluce and the Skerries 

Our most popular Seatour- and one thats been enjoyed for generations! We depart Portrush Harbour, cruise along the North of the Skerries, see  Hauled out seals, then on to Dunluce Castle. Returning via the White rocks sea caves and East bays.

Duration: Approx 1.5 hours.



‘Rocking’ the Coast’  -We offer two unique Geology trips for a truely a different perspective of our Coast. A west bound Donegal -Inishowen Coast tour and An eastern tour along Northern Ireland’s outstanding Causeway coastline.

From the brilliant basalt bays at the Giant’s Causeway to long-forgotten coal mining in Ballycastle, learn how the rocks beneath your feet are waiting to show you the secrets of past events.Find evidence of far-distant warm tropical seas, hot deserts, fiery volcanic activity and freezing ice ages.  See the coastline as never before, discovering how the island of Ireland has moved with the continents across the globe. Birds on the Bann – Explore the wildlife and natural beauty of the River Bann Estuary by boat

Join Causeway Lass to explore the River Bann Estuary from the Cranagh Marina to the Barmouth. The trips are timed for low tide giving the best opportunity to see our visiting winter birdlife and if we are lucky, the local Grey Seals and Otters. We offer two boat trips, the first of which will take in sunrise and the second trip around sunset.

Rathlin Island and Puffins.

We will leave Portrush harbour and travel along the Causeway Coast, viewing the Skerries, Dunluce Castle, the Giant’s Causeway, White Park Bay, Ballintoy, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and then over to Rathlin Island. viewing  the Puffin Sanctuary and the West Lighthouse on our return journey to Portrush. Duration: Approx 4 hours.


2016-tallShipwrecks and Stories of the Stormy Seas

Portrush Harbourmaster and respected local historian Robert Anderson is your guide on this three hour cruise recalling stories of shipwrecks, many almost totally forgotten, along this part of the famous Causeway Coast. From large sailing ships to small steam coasters Robert will relate the details of many of the known wrecks, whilst adding interesting facts about their location and the fate of their cargoes and crews.

Duration: Approx 4 hours.

Join storyteller Liz Weir as she tells stories reflecting our rich coastal heritage, with tales of treasure, banshees, selkies and mermaids. Truth and folklore intermingle as we journey round the coast seeing the places which inspired many centuries of stories.
